Payment

I accept all purchases by credit card, debit card or bank account via PayPal through this website. PayPal is the global leader in online payments, is a safe, secure way to purchase items over the Internet.

Shipping

All orders will be mailed using Royal Mail. All orders will be shipped within seven days. An email confirmation will be sent when your order has been shipped. If you require an item urgently please email [email protected] .

Postage and Packing Rates

Postage and packing rates are dependent upon size, wight and destination of the order. Prices start from £3.95 for UK orders and £4.85 for overseas orders. Postage and packing totals will be calculated at the checkout.

Returns Policy

I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order (though I aim for 100% satisfaction!) please notify me within 7 days of the delivery confirmation of your order. I will repay you the value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days from recite of the returned goods. Before returning an item please email [email protected] outlining why you are returning the goods. You will then be sent a letter of authorisation via email. Please appropriately package the items with the letter of authorisation and send it to me at the address supplied in the letter of authorisation. For the return of high value goods I recommend that you use a recorded service, as I cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. All returned items will need to be unused and in resale mint condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Handmade Products Disclaimer

Please note that many items for sale in Amanda Loverseed Illustration Online Shop are hand painted and hand-made. This means that there will be some subtle variation from item to item and that items may vary from those photographed on the site. If you are unsure I am happy to provide further photos of individual products prior to ordering, please email me at [email protected] for further details.
